What's inside

How the monthly plans work

Set up your venue look once. Then choose Starter, Standard or Plus. Each plan has a 3-month minimum.

  • A venue look: colours, fonts and templates for posters, stories and table cards
  • Starter: templates for your recurring nights, a monthly calendar post, an A3 poster and a couple of one-off nights
  • Standard: more one-off nights and a reel made from your clips
  • Plus: two reels, a menu or promo insert and one big-night pack
  • Big nights, tournaments, camps and jerseys as separate packs
  • We never post for you. The venue approves and posts every piece

Common questions

How much do weekly event posters cost for a venue?

Monthly plans start from ₹18,500 a month for pubs and sports venues, and ₹22,000 a month for comedy clubs, after a one-time venue look. Printing is quoted separately.

Why do you not post for us?

Rules on advertising alcohol in India are strict. The venue approves and posts everything, so the responsibility stays with you.

What counts as one event?

A weekly night that repeats counts once a month, because we reuse one template. A one-off night counts separately.

Do you take photos or shoot videos?

Shoots are quoted per job. Reels in the Standard and Plus plans are made from clips you send.

Is the price fixed before you start?

Yes. We agree the scope and the price in writing before any work begins. Prices on this site are starting estimates for the design fee, and we confirm the final number with you.

What about printing and installation?

We handle both as part of our own production, so you deal with one team. They are quoted separately from the design fee, and you approve the quote before anything is printed.

How and when do I pay?

A 50% advance to start, and the balance before anything goes to print. We share final files after sign-off.

How many changes can I ask for?

Two rounds of changes are included. An extra round is a small extra charge, which we tell you before we start it.
